Isopods are small, terrestrial crustaceans that thrive in the same conditions as many exotic pets, making them fun additions to a bioactive tank. Functional as well, they will eat dead leaves, pet waste and shed, and dead feeder insects. Preferring to stay in the soil, they are low risk for escaping and surviving in a home.
