My chick is still cold even when there is a heat lamp beside it what should I do?
What is the best way to heat hedgehog cage with lamp?
Hi, I have a 3 day old Green Cheek conure, it had to be pulled from nest as the parents don't feed it. I've been feeding it and it has a brooder however it's feet and wings have gone white and it's breathing abnormally. Please help
I got a northern blue tongued skink baby. I am a first time owner and super excited, so I wanted to set up the cage and make sure everything is good to go when the little guy gets here. The problem is, the tank gets really humid at night (70 to 80%)though it's perfect during the day (25 to 30%). I don't know what to do. I know changes at night are healthy but I couldnt find out if that was still too much humidity at night. I hope you can help me before this problem becomes a big issue
Our baby girl was due 2 to 4 days ago. And we set up her whelping box with a heater in front of it, as she just loves to lay in front of the heater. We were wondering If the heater could possibly raise her temperature and slow down the labor process. This feels like an eternity and we are ready to have a hyper baby girl back.
My dog just had puppies yesterday and I want to know is it safe to turn on the air conditioner on low for mom and pups
Hello, basically my dog found a turtle nest in my yard I called a vet to come remove the remaining eggs for better chance at survival. They left some they said were dead or wouldn’t make it. I couldn’t help but notice one that looked alive. I decided to keep him and see if I can help him. He hasnt eaten rarely moves and has this umbilical cord looking thing hanging from him still. Is he okay??
I found a baby turtle upside-down in a puddle about the size of a plate. He was barely moving, and there was no creek within a few miles. I took him in and got a 10 gallon tank. I went to a creek and got some water from that, and some little rocks and made a habitat. I got a best lamp as well. What should I do? Should I keep him and care for him? Also, what should I feed him? I sent some pics to tell size and type.
Very watery poop, just had her eggs hatched, making short whistles but no physical symptoms of any disease
I have a heat mat that ranges from 88-90 degrees for my leopard gecko but I know it can get pretty cold in the House can I use a (CHE)? If so how many watts is it recommended so my leopard gecko won’t get burn
Angie had layed eggs and I don’t know what to do. There is a male bird with her in the cage also and he’s always going in the nesting box while she is incubating.
I was cleaning out my new chicks water dish and found something...concerning. Possible parasite? it appears to be a worm; it couldn't have crawled in since the brooder is inside. I've raised chickens before and never encountered something like this...any ideas of what this is exactly? This occurred on the second day of having them.
