Great product. This is perfect when you have more than one cat and it saves you replacing refill so often. Its lasts about 4 months, just a convenience to have.

I will never order order online again..
I tried ordering the litter genie refill packs to try to save a trip to the store. Not only was my order delayed even shipping for several days but when it did arrive the litter genie refills were not even in the box. I had to call customer service to ask for them to be shipped. The next day I receive an e-mail saying I was not approved for a refund, which I never asked for. I called again to find out they do not have the stock to fill my order so I ended up needing a refund anyway. Total unnecessary headache trying to just get a refund.

Litter genies are a must have
I’m obsessed with my litter genie. As a multi cat household, it helps keep litter smells down when I clean the box and keeps my cats happy. These refills last at least 1-2 months depending on how much my cats use the box (I have 4 cats total). I highly recommend getting a litter genie and these jumbo refills to anyone with a cat.
