Doesn’t fit together

Would be great if they actually sent you the parts that fit together to make it work. So right now I basically have a piece of junk. Don’t recommend this at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good little pump

I've had this one year. Upon initial use in my 36 gallon aquarium, I found it to be really loud. And the suction cups on the bottom are not attached to the unit, they pluck right off, so upon first use, whilst trying to shift it around I "lost" the suction cups. Had to move all the gravel, only found two.... Anyway they are needed to provide stability and vibration control, so this was really not a good design. Bigger more robust suction cups please. But this little pump sufficed my needs. Goldfish are dirty fish and the accumulation of grunge needed some lift, suctioning bad gases off and up through the top moving surface water. Was recommended by a pro Goldfish keeper and this really helped. The pre-filter also creates good bio-filtration. But after a year, I find I need to replace because it has lost it's power. Have cleaned it a couple times lately but to no avail. Def good while it lasted. Next purchase I will opt for a larger one. I see one here that says it's 50% better on performance and more quiet, so I'll try it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Quiet One Pro 4000 - Fountain Heads are a Question Mark

I only recently received this pump so I can't yet comment on it's ultimate longevity. However my previous experience with so called magnetic drive water pumps have been very positive. With regular replacement of the impellor assembly (average 4-5 years) I've had pumps last 20-plus years. As a matter of fact, my main reason for this purchase is that the assemblies which I have been replacing are no longer made (and the pump's sale price doesn't hurt either). This pump is currently being used to perform water changes on my 3500+ gallon koi pond. And I have to say, the pump moves a lot more water than expected. My only criticism is with the supplied fountain heads (though I'll probably never use them) which are slip-on, and the stand-pipe is threaded I'm not entirely sure that the heads won't just blow off the pipe due to the pressure. Perhaps this is a manufacturer oversight? Notwithstanding, I'll reserve final judgement and rate the pump 5 of 5 stars and update if necessary.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I searched for a low energy high output outdoor pump for a small water 2 teir rock fountain. This pump is perfect. Low wattage, perfect water flow rate. Especially like the foam prefilter to catch gunk birds leave in the water. Highly recommend.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great pump

Great pump does more then I need it to . My pond 3 feet deep and waterfall is 2" high . It pumps more the enough water to run both waterfall and fountain at the same time. Come with every thing you need . Easy setup I just plug it in to my old hose going to water fall and adjust the fountain to where I wanted it and that's it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Will this pump work for replacement pump in my lifeguard trio?

Will it work for a 12’ long 7’ wide 4’ deep pond

    1. No. This is far too small for your size. 240GPH is not enough. I use this in my 36 gallon aquarium.  Did you say 4 feet deep??? You'll need something much more powerful than this!  You might want to look at their all in one pump/filters.

Do you carry prefilter sponge for the 5000 pump?

    1. Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not carry the prefilter sponge for this product.

How long is the electrical wire?

    1. All Quiet One POND Pumps have a 20' cord.

    lifeguard aquatics pumps

    1. It would extend in 4 feet of water. Is your pond small? The filter that is attached would not work in a pond any larger than a barrel. I have a antique bathtub that it would work in. I have 3 coy and a gold fish in it. I love my ponds and even have a bigger one. The bigger one is a little more challenging. It gets the afternoon sun so I fight the algae. Hope this helped answer your question.
