Submersible Quartz Adjustable Heater safe for Freshwater and Saltwater tanks. Easy to set thermostat which features LED Power Indicator Light showing operation: Red-Heating and Green-Temperature Set. All Lifegard heaters are UL Listed with Thermal Protection. Included a 6-foot cord and suction cup for easy mount. Never remove heater while it is on or the thermal protection will permanently shut the coil for safety. He's a full grown betta fish, I've had him for a little over half a year, adopted him from a friend. He has a filter and a heater in his tank & I try to stick with recommended products. As of the last couple months, his fins are curling up in the back and he will only eat one pellet every other day or so. I had been feeding him three pellets twice daily. Last week I started cleaning his 1 gallon tank twice a week instead of once a week, and am considering upgrading to a 2.5 gallon tank instead.
I am about to get a crested gecko and have done lots of research, but am nervous I'll kill my crestie. You see, lots of people have different opinions about additional lighting. 1 breeder said a heat lamp killed many of his crested geckos, while another breeder said it killed her geckos when they DIDNT have a heat lamp. Should I get a heat lamp? (My tank is a 12 by 12 by 18, of that helps at all) Also, should that size tank be good for 1 crested gecko for his entire life?
I have a wolf fish that seems to be sick. He is upside down in the tank now for 24 hrs. He is still breathing but seems to bee struggling. I have increased the temp in the tank and added aquarium salt. I have added a bacterial and fungal treatment today into the tank. I have used some moss to prop him up correctly in hopes this will help him. What would u suggest? Please help.

Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant.
