Although the toy is super cute this is not for a dog that likes squeaky items as it is just a chew toy and a vert heavy duty toy as based on the weight this would be good for a fetch type toy for a larger dog but not good for a small dog in my opinion. i have a standard poodle and she basically turned her nose up to the toy as it did not sqeak

cute toy. we received an alternative. laege blue ball with holes. the ball is rather large and intended for larger dogs so our do not play too much with it. it is definitely more of an outdoor toy as it is so large. it is pretty blue color.

This toy was a little smaller than I expected. The label says "durable." I realize durable probably doesn't mean it is appropriate for heavy chewers, but I did think I would be able to play fetch or find it with my dog and just not allow him to chew this one. He tore it apart within 5 minutes of supervised play.
