Offer a fresh serving of Tropical Fruit Gourmet Pellets to your budgie daily, placing in a clean food dish. The average serving portion for a parakeet is 1 1/2 teaspoons, but adjust the serving so pellets are available all day. Include Lafeber's Nutri-Berries as 20% of their total diet and fresh fruits and vegetables as about 20% of their total diet. Always provide plenty of clean, fresh water. For more foraging fun, "hide" some pellets in other places where your budgie enjoys hanging out. Be sure your parakeet finds these within the day!

I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.
I am looking for the best pellets for my canaries. Last year they were on a seed diet, but I slowly switched them over to Zumpreem Fruit Blend. However, I've read that the Fruit Blend has a lot of artificial coloring and sugars. I'm having trouble finding information for what the best pellets are. Please help!
Is there a good high calorie supplement, vitamin or food that I can offer my seed junkie parakeet? She scored a poor body condition, was described as thin at her exam. Currently taking Metacam for an ouchy foot.
Hello I have a 4 month old Black Capped Conure. I’m thinking about changing his diet to Lafeber’s pellet berries. Is that a good diet for him? Also how do you gradually switch the food? Thank you
My bird has switched to Lafeber’s Daily Diet pellet food. She gained too much weight with the other food she was on. I noticed she is eating it, but it’s turning into something similar to sawdust. She does seem to eat the dust though. I don’t know to give her more or not. I’m giving her 30cc of it a day. I don’t want her to get malnutritioned, but I don’t want her to gain weight. She needs to lose weight. What should I do? Should I have her eat the dust that’s left, or give her more pellets?
my parrot is ignoring food which she use to eat before and now she only eats almonds and dry fruits but its not good for her health to give it daily so plz suggest to me something its indian ringneck 11 months of age and is healthy i checked the poop to.. suggest me to give which is available in india..
My cockatiel has been eating Leferber’s Premium Daily Diet pellets as a staple diet. She’s also been eating broccoli everyday. I also give her a bit of crushed eggshells once or twice a week. She has a cuttlebone available at all times. I’m wondering if this would be an okay product to give her? She isn’t much of a veggie eater. Will this be beneficial or unnecessary for her? I’m including the details of the product in attached photos. I do feed her some seeds as a treat sometimes. Thank you.
What diet should I give to my birds (COCKATIEL) . Pls recommend something other than Pellets as it is not available in my location . I can offer it seed mix, fruits and vegetables and many other food. Pls advice me on what I should feed my cockatiel .
What natural food can I give my lovebird that is binding to induce labor process?
Hi! I recently got a little baby parakeet. So far, she’s been doing very well; it’s been a little over a month. However, instead of eating all of her seed mixture, I think she just picks through & eats her favorites because there are a lot of remnants at the bottom of her cage that are uneaten. She eats kaytee Fiesta seed mix. Should I change it? Add something else? Or what what I incorporate in her diet to make sheets she’s getting what she needs? She’s tried apple so far.
Good day. I recent switch my graniverous birds from seeds to pellets sporophila angolensis. Since the switch 3 months ago my birds have really dropped in their singing. To me some even look a little depressed lol. Any advice. I will say though some have molted and since on pellets the molts are fast and they come out with great feather condition.
My parrot has started moulting..what multi vitamins should I give him? He is 2 year old
