As a Treat: Reward any time you want. Bird lovers often give 2-3 cakes whenever they feel the urge to spoil their little buddies. As a Full & Nutritious Diet: Place enough cakes in the dish as you estimate your bird will eat without wasting too much. If the dish is emptied, refill as needed. Because birds love variety, we recommend feeding your birds fruits and vegetables as 20% if his total daily diet. Converting to Avi-Cakes: Simply start by adding 2-3 cakes to his food dish. Slowly increase amount at the same time you decrease the current diet. Sometimes tearing the cake into smaller bite size pieces during this transition helps.

What toys are the best for parakeets
My cockatiel has been eating Leferber’s Premium Daily Diet pellets as a staple diet. She’s also been eating broccoli everyday. I also give her a bit of crushed eggshells once or twice a week. She has a cuttlebone available at all times. I’m wondering if this would be an okay product to give her? She isn’t much of a veggie eater. Will this be beneficial or unnecessary for her? I’m including the details of the product in attached photos. I do feed her some seeds as a treat sometimes. Thank you.
How would you know what type of food is best for your Budgie? Also what should I always keep a millet stick in their cage?
Can I give gruel to my Indian ringneck parrot.
My one yr. old Canary, Ringo, Chirps only. I bought Hagen Song Seed to promote singing. Does that really work?
Hi, i have 2 new young cockatiels and we have to travel for around 4 nights and i want to leave them enough food, so i was wondering if it is okay to leave them homemade dried fruits, sunflower seeds and phalaris (canary seeds)? If dried fruits are okay, which fruits should i make for them? thanks in advance.
Can you name some very exciting treats for birds? I've been trying to connect with my bird for a while now, I've had him for two months, but he still doesn't trust me. I was hoping to get him to like me with some treats.

Hi, I have a 1.5 year old greencheek conure. He eats maily pallets, some vegetables fruit and nuts. His short feathers on the wings dont look healthy. I have searched with flashlight to find parasites but didnt. What is causing this?
I am getting an 8 week Cocker Spaniel. I am not new to Cocker Spaniel, just puppy versions. I want to try a new food for her, and need suggestions. I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.
I handfeed my 7 1/2 week old cherry conure two times day morning & night. He eats seed, cereal, fruits & veggie on his own too. Can I stop formula now?
