We bought a new couch and we do not want her to shed on our couch so we bought a bed for she can set down on the couch but she does not want to set down what do I do
What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. Ellis is a black lab, bred for guide dog service, but didn’t graduate. He is now 14. He’s a happy pup, but has been in decline. Just this year he decided he no longer wants to go for walks. He’s pretty lumpy. We now live in a house with mostly hard floors, but we do have rugs in places. He has increasingly had a hard time getting up off the floor and his paws tend to splay out. Just today he would get up and his back legs would tremble and he would try to wander around but hesitate...

I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?
