What size crate should I purchase for an adult German Shepherd I am planning to adopt?
Our puppy is 9.5 weeks old , got him a week and a half ago . He is energetic . We put him on a harness and a leash . He’s just sits down and doesn’t want to move . We even tried to entice him with treats ,he barely goes for the treat , he just comes and sits on our lap not wanting to move , once we take off harness and leash , he is back to his playing self , trying for 3 days now , any tips . We let him be on Harness and leash without us controlling it , but he sits still or sleeps . Any tips ?
I'm terribly afraid that Kazuya has hip dysplasia. In the last week, he has gotten progressively worse. He will only take 2 steps and sit sideways. Does anyone recommend a rear harness with handle for support? Also, which supplements are the most effective? I'm currently giving him Cosequin and another one called Infinite Pet Supplement. I am also monitoring his weight. Please help. I cannot have kids and my boys are my life. His brother is healthy.
My 9 month American Bulldog at 90 lbs has hyagroma on both elbows. What is the best route to take? I bought a brace but he wont keep it on when Im not at home. I heard surgery is expensive and just as frustrating
I'm worried about my dog Ike. He hates other dogs and is hard to train. I think some of the reason behind this is that when he was a puppy he got attacked by a dog and he got injured. We tried taking him to a place where he could train with other dogs but we got kicked out because he would bark at the dogs and get really stressed. I'm boarding my dog for 7 days, vet gave me 100 mg Trazadone to be given 2X day. he weighs 57 lbs. At home 50 MG will relax him into sleep. Should I start giving a time frame before boarding? He growls at attendance, and refuses to go outside for potty breaks. He is a rescue and a boxer Thank you

Hi i have a 14 month old shepherd/rottweiler mix named rex he in the past couple days has started growing this lump on the right foot it has gotten very big and feels like it is water filled, no pain for rex as its being touched or him using the foot. Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?
