This belt has held up fantastic. Love it for jogging with my pup

Ordered this as a replacement for the previous Kurgo running belt I had that broke after a year. I've had this belt for almost 2 years now and it is definitely sturdier than the old model. My dog pulls really hard while running and walking so I don't use the side clips, rather just attach the belt through the loop on her leash. That was working fine, but recently the belt has randomly unclipped on me which is frustrating. The belt isn't broken or anything, but it calls into question the reliability of the product as my dog has run off twice now shortly after this randomly became unclipped. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it is a great product for running with your dog provided they don't pull a ton.

Worked great on a long hike

We tried this out for our dog while hiking up to Black Elk Peak recently. It definitely made hiking with our dog, who can be a puller, much easier, and allowed me to keep my hands free in trickier spots. Definitely will continue to use it in the future

Perfect for Dog Jogs

Perfect for dog jobs. The clamps it comes with secure leads/leashes well and the molle is perfect. I added molle and loop bags for carrying doggie bags, lights, treats, and a padded one for a dap. Also great to toss on for tools & dap for yard work.

Work for a while, but started to rip apart

Worked well for our first canicross race however I'm not sure how long it will hold up. After just a few uses the area that the leash clips onto is already stretching. Overall, way better than just a leash that wraps around the body like I was using. Has adequate padding all the way around the back and sides. Wish there was a way to hook the leash on dead center on the front so when the dog pulls it doesn't pull the belt from the side. Less than a year later and all the stitching is not holding in place where the clip connects to the belt.

It's a nice belt, but having the attachment for the leash on the side doesn't work with my dogs. It's minor, I just turn the belt 180 degrees and hook the carabiner to the back loop so the dogs are directly in front of me.

Poor Quality and Durability

I bought two. We have huskies. The heaviest is about 50lbs. We run, hike, and walk with them 5+ days per week. After 1 week with these utility belts we have one broken leash clip and a broken accessory strap. I do not recommend this product at all for a dog that pulls or might pull during your activity. For example, if your dog sees another dog during your walk, I would not trust this product to keep your dog tethered to you. It might be ok for a small under 20lb pup. Or a senior pup that does not pull at all.

Comfortable and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The belt is strong, well-made, easy to use and comfortable. It is convenient for clipping on bags, her collapsible bowl and my coin purse. It does move a little bit on me as my dog is very high energy and is constantly running from side to side. Even so, I enjoy the break from holding a leash. We're both enjoying it!
