Great backpack, wonderful costumer service!!
We absolutely love this bag and my 17lb dog fits very comfortably.
A mishap led me to contact customer service and I was shocked with the prompt response and how helpful they are.
These bags are worth every penny, no only for the quality, which is great, but also for the customer service which is wonderful!

Sturdy and comfortable!
I’ve had this bag for more than a year, my 17.5lbs dog loves it. It’s a very comfortable way to carry the dog when he gets tired or if the weather isn’t great for him to walk.
The bag had a sturdy bottom so the weight is spread evenly and my back doesn’t hurt.
This bag doesn’t have big outside pockets to hold water bottles or other bulky things but the comfort makes up for whatever it lacks.

Could use a hip strap
I’ve bought it in NL and like the quality and looks. It’s better than the backpacks I’ve seen so far. It keeps my pup dry and he really appreciates that very much ;-). Since I bought it to relieve my lower back I would have appreciated a hip strap and the availability to lower the chest strap. Looking forward to many adventures with my dachshund pup. He’s quite lazy at times. It’s also great to use when cycling. Since it’s cold now, I add an extra blanket to keep the pup warm. Only the cushion on the bottom is padded.

I love this backpack so much.
I have had this backpack for well over a year now and I have to say, it’s the most thought out, well designed dog carrier I‘ve ever seen. I use it all the time, even for non-dog purposes.
It’s sturdy, it’s convenient, it has a flap that is breathable, so I can safely close it up with the dog inside…
Once, I accidentally spilled half a water bottle in this backpack, but the removable black mat inside is so absorbent, that everything inside the backpack and the outside remained entirely dry.
Worth. Every. Cent.

Purchased from another site. Love the features I love the color, I wish this came in a smaller size similar to the nomad as I like this one so much better!

Easy to Carry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for small dogs that you want to take hiking with you. This K9 Rucksack is easy to carry and it is easy to clean. My little dog loved the mesh window when it had to be zipped closed. It still let him see the world and I didn't have to worry about him jumping out when I was riding my bike or hiking up rough terrain. I have even taken my dog to community events in the K9 Rucksack and he behaves very well in it. He gets excited to get inside because he knows it's like his second home.
I have recommended this to other pet parents with small dogs. It's wonderful!

From the bottom of the bag to the lowest part of where your dog's head can stick out - what is that measurement? I'm basically trying to figure out if my dog is sitting down inside the bag, will he be able to stick his head out or is he too short?
