So I’m having issues reaching Kurgo Customer Service. It seems the number doesn’t work. Tried calling multiple times and nothing. Anyway, I’ve had a few of these hammocks and have discord a change in the D-Loop or D-rings. Whatever you want to call them. I had two snap and cause my dog to twist and now he needs TPLO surgery. Im not sure if they changed venders or manufactures. But there is definitely a strength issue. My dog is 76lbs. So he’s not a huge dog. I just expected more I guess. Because if the quality was there this thing would be awesome. At least they have lifetime warrenty.

After about a month, this thing has started to fail drastically. The main seam has failed, and the plastic coating on the back has fallen apart. Definitely would not recommend this product for the cost.

Replaced my first one. Sent me the same garbage as first one. Buckles are cheap lasted a week. On both. So for what they charge you can buy three cheaper ones.

Love it except for the cheap zipper. My Newfie trashed the zipper just with the weight of his head in the first use if you get rid of the zipper altogether I would give this 5 stars

On the plus side it fits our GMC 3500 great. On the minis side the fixtures ie. D rings are crap. First time using this hammock my dog broke the d ring just by standing in the hammock area. He’s only 75lbs and this is suppose to be heavy duty enough for a 100lb dog. The d rings cannot be replaced without use of a heavy duty sewing machine. Which I have so was able to replace all the fringe and plastic snaps while I was at it.

I brought a hammock and had it for a year. It was starting to fall apart snd I wrote the company and they replaced it , they stand behind the product and that is awesome. I will buy their stuff any day.

Love the design and coverage. It fits our sedan nicely. However my dog somehow managed to chew the hooks off. I'm afraid to purchase a replacement if he is able to do that on another one.

I needed a pet hammock for my Ram Truck. I tried others brands but even their oversized hammocks were too small for my truck ( it was too narrow side to side). This one fits my truck perfectly and works very well.
