I purchased this bowl and was excited to use it with pup for hikes. The first bowl ripped immediately. I went through Kurgos customer service channels and they sent me another bowel as per their lifetime warranty policy. My “new” bowl looks like it was ran over by a truck and was delivered ripped. Save your money.

As our representative had mentioned, it does appear your box may have been opened and/or damaged during transit. Though shipping issues are regrettably outside of our control, they are very rare and we do have a replacement set up for you. I have never used this product, the tag is still on. I opened it yesterday and there were already two large holes in the sides. Huge disappointment.

Brought to go away with our 5 month old puppy…used 3 times and the bottom fold broke off. Was pretty bummed bc i thought this was the perfect sized travel bowl.
