This is a good product, but it has some design flaws. I had to add heavy duty carabiners in order To attach the tether strap to my headrests because the hooks that are on the tether strap would not stay on even with tension. The other flaw is the carabiners on the straps that attach to the dogs harness do not swivel and my dog rountinely Houdinis herself off the strap because she likes to turn in circles before laying down. By the time she has turned around 3 or 4 times, the carabiner twists against the clip loop with enough pressure to pop off. I had to add swivel carabiners to this set up to get it to work. This are design flaws that could be fixed by the manufacturer.

I purchased on of these a long time ago. Probably 10 years or more... I'm almost positive the the end that connects to the harness had a swivel clip (??). That way when the dog moved around, repositioned, etc, it wouldn't just continue to twist the lead. I have since misplaced that one and just bought a new one for a smaller dog. Was surprised to see that there is not a swivel (like on a regular leash). It only makes sense.... I know I can go buy one and add it on, and will have to, but for the cost and the quality I have always known from Kurgo I'm a little disappointed by that. Am I wrong that it used to have a swivel? Besides that it's a great product , which is why I bought another one.

Bought several years ago - I hook it on the 'clothing' handles above the back doors - works great - and unhooks quickly when a person needs the seat. Great to know my dog cannot jump out if I open the door -

Really good quality but the hooks didn’t fit in the seatbelt for my Mazda SUV. Bummed I had to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kurgo Auto Zip Line comes with easy to follow instructions. It takes only minutes to setup. Using a harness for your dog during travel is not only protecting them but also about protecting everyone else in the car. I don't allow my dog to free roam in the car. You never know if one freak incident will have your dog jumping up into the front seat and in your field of vision. I wouldn't put my family in that avoidable situation.

I use the cargo zipline and refer to clients often! I am a dog walker and dog trainer

Hooks are too big for Silverado seat belts, I’m guessing a lot of GM vehicles will be same issue. Not sure if there is another pair of anchor points I can use; probably returning.

This item helps keep him secure but still allow the freedom to roam about. The set up was simple and once set up you connect to a harness. DO NOT attach this to a collar as that can choke the dog if there is a sudden jolt. Took a bit for my dog to get used to it but he seems to like it
