I have a Staffordshire terrier/pit bull who absolutely loves squeaky toys, but is definitely an "aggressive chewer". I saw this, and as I have had some good luck with other Kong toys decided to try it. However, it took Kermit only about an hour to demolish the ball covering and almost extract the inside squeaker ball - before I caught him and took it away. I would attach a picture, but the website made it too difficult to figure out how. Definitely a case of poor advertising - so if you have an aggressive chewer, AVOID this toy.

Our pup loves these toys. She's a destroyer though so she goes through one in a week. Great for tossing and tugging.

I bought this because having watched my newly adopted dog for a week, it seemed like each part of the toy would stimulate a different way she plays with the other toys I've bought her so far. The second I handed it to her, it was an instant hit. It immediately became her favorite. We can play tug with each other or she can chew on the squeaker at the tip or fling it around by the rope section. She's been playing with it for hours now and it seems to be holding up.

I bought this toy at 10am, ran some more errands, got home and my 30 pound, 7 month old lab played with it off and on for 1.5 hours. During that time the stitching where the squeaker ball is broke and the ball came out. Toy ruin. 1.5 hours!
