This lasted ONE DAY.I bought one for each of my older dogs . Paid $16.99 a piece. The first day,the ear fell off with gentle play .It didn't even look sewed on. The next day, the squeaker quit working on the second one. My dogs are 40 pounds each and 9 years old - the most they do is shake it. I will NEVER trust or spend money on a "kong" brand toy again.

These Kong Dog Toys are only made for toothless dogs! They only last 1 maybe 2 days before all the stuffing and the squeak bladder are scattered all over the house. I'm at fault for continuing to buy them! Another problem is the little plastic tags, half of which stay inside until the toy comes apart. I've actually found these plastic tags in Bentley's poo, so toys are made by senseless idiots - they're dangerous! Never again! Our weekly routine has been to first visit an Off-Leash Dog Park and then stop by Petco so Bentley can pick out a new toy and some special treat. We've destroyed a Kong Dog Toy weekly for about 6 months - NO MORE! Will look elsewhere for dog-proof and safer toys!!
