my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?

Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?
My dog ate a whole blanket in his run at the kennel he’s currently staying at. Not experiencing discomfort or acting different, but he is pooping out the blanket in shreads with little specks of blood (from straining), he’s not eating too much either. I don’t have the money to get him to the vet because times are tough right now.. anything I can do to help him pass it?

Longcoat chi. Excessive Itching, licking especialy after eating (for 60 minutes), hair loss patches on chest, face, ears limbs, butt. Ears & feet look slightly greasy. Have tried limited ingredient chicken, Pork, lamb, turkey. Natures variety and Fromms (worse on Fromms) suggestions on dry food? Live in CA, so can't order kangaroo here. Better quality kibble only. My dog is biting at a spot on her back and it's red and raw. We have an inflatable collar on her which helps to keep her from biting the spot but when the collar is off she goes back to biting the spot.
