What breeds of birds are attracted to this mix? I get finches, wrens and doves. And squirrels! But I'm open to whole peanuts, which the birds will knock to the ground which is a better place for squirrels to be than on the feeder (giggle)
- We also get California Quail, Towhee and Sparrows along with a rabbit or two.

Hi! I recently got a little baby parakeet. So far, she’s been doing very well; it’s been a little over a month. However, instead of eating all of her seed mixture, I think she just picks through & eats her favorites because there are a lot of remnants at the bottom of her cage that are uneaten. She eats kaytee Fiesta seed mix. Should I change it? Add something else? Or what what I incorporate in her diet to make sheets she’s getting what she needs? She’s tried apple so far.
