Feeding Hints: Make sure feeders are always full and accessible; free from snow, moisture, and other debris. Tube and covered platform feeders are the most efficient ways of offering Kaytee Waste Free Wild Bird Food. To avoid conflict between the larger cardinals and blue jays and the smaller goldfinches, nuthatches, and pine siskins, place Kaytee Waste Free Wild Bird Food in a tube feeder a short distance from the covered platform feeder. For best viewing, place feeders a short distance from the house, not far from a bush or tree. Birds like to first fly to cover and look around before approaching the feeder. Feeders should be cleaned at least twice a year. Be sure to provide a constant supply of fresh water, especially during the harsh winter months.

Is a bird feeder detrimental to the health of wild birds?
I bought a wild cocktail recently and he is not eating different food he eats only one food item and he is not even trying seed or corn. I tried to give it in different ways
I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.
I’ve been trying different healthier food brands for my sun Conure. He’s currently on Sunburst Conure Blend and I think it’s making his “breath” smell terrible. He’s acting and pooping normal. But could it be an infection? His beak and nostrils show no signs of discharge or discoloration
Lately, I have observed some undigested seeds in my budgie droppings. Not all droppings are the same, most of them are normal in my opinion, but some of them contain 1-2 seeds. I wasn't able to get him to eat anything else but seeds. I bought complete food, but he selects only the seeds. He doesn't eat fruits, vegetables, egg. I also tried to give him charcoal and grit, but he doesn't try them. Is it ok to remove the seeds for several hours and provide only vegetables/fruits? Thank you!
My cockatiel has been eating Leferber’s Premium Daily Diet pellets as a staple diet. She’s also been eating broccoli everyday. I also give her a bit of crushed eggshells once or twice a week. She has a cuttlebone available at all times. I’m wondering if this would be an okay product to give her? She isn’t much of a veggie eater. Will this be beneficial or unnecessary for her? I’m including the details of the product in attached photos. I do feed her some seeds as a treat sometimes. Thank you.
what is the best brand of dog food for a 10 month old medium sized dog
My bird, tweety who is about 7 months old have just vomited. When I looked at the vomit I saw whole pieces of the seeds that he had always eaten as if he just swallow up them without even chewing them. Tweety lives with an other budgie, Rico who is one year old. Also, we had a great weather the last few weeks in our cold country so we took the bird cage almost every day out to let them have som fresh air. I don't know what to do! please help!
My bird has switched to Lafeber’s Daily Diet pellet food. She gained too much weight with the other food she was on. I noticed she is eating it, but it’s turning into something similar to sawdust. She does seem to eat the dust though. I don’t know to give her more or not. I’m giving her 30cc of it a day. I don’t want her to get malnutritioned, but I don’t want her to gain weight. She needs to lose weight. What should I do? Should I have her eat the dust that’s left, or give her more pellets?
So the bird food had a lot of mouse droplets in it even in the bag I didn't expect it at all and now as you see in the picture they are waiting for their food I have to go get some but that will take some time how long can they without food i can give them slices of oranges can i feed them that?
My 5 year old parakeet's droppings are recently watery band unformed.3 weeks ago I changed his seed(after 5 years) from Hagens regular to Hagens gourmet. Could this change have caused this recent development? Otherwise he is a happy, singing, flying parakeet with no change in his disposition.
