Questions
how long will this bag last for one parakeet
- 11/2 to 2 months

Is this okay even though it has no other things in it?
- Hi there! Yes, this is designed with nutritional excellence for your parakeet in mind.

Can conures eat this?
- Hi there! We would suggest feeding the Supreme Parakeet which would be appropriate size and always when changing your birds diet should do a conversion.

How long will this bag last one budgie?
- I might suggest that you add some pellets to the food mix. my tiels like a combo of the kaytee rainbow pellets, safflower seeds, and some of the egg enriched products added to the mix. I also add a few pieces of millet taken off a "stalk" (not sure what to call it) into the food mix so they have to forage to find them. Unfortunately, they are not into fruit at all. As you can tell, I put some time into making up their food bowls (I have a bunch of those XXXsmall Ziploc containers) but in one sitting I can do 3-4 weeks of their daily feedings. In the long run, I actually save time.

Are cockatiels allowed to eat this
- My cockatiel, Quarky, has been eating this food for over 25 years, which I am told is well past his life expectancy. So far as I can tell, this is the same as the Kaytee food designated as "For Cockatiels", – the first two ingredients listed on both bags are wheat millet and canary grass seed – minus the additional larger seeds, fruits, etc. that, I guess, most cockatiels like. Quarky doesn't – and has turned up his beak at them when I've offered them to him as an emergency backup. Since Quarky appears to be in excellent health and has never had a health issue in the entire time he's been with me, my non-professional answer to your question would be "I guess so. Why not?"
