When introducing a new food begin with a mixture of old and new food, gradually increase the amount of new food over a seven to ten day period. This has been our seed & pellet mix of choice for our Green Cheek Conure since we got her over a decade ago. It's the only mix she will eat. And she eats everything without picking out "the good stuff". With every other mix we've tried she just tosses it all to the cage floor. The Kaytee Forti-Diet plus fresh fruits & veggies keeps our bird happy and healthy.
