Right now I have a 8 week old sun Conure. I want to know what is the right amount of food should I provide him? Right now I’m only feeding with the baby formula. Thank you so much for your support. Have a lovely day.
My baby cockatiel is some 4-5 weeks old. Quite recently I've changed the consistency of its formula food. And I'm using Nestlé Baby feeding formula powder called cerelac. It used to eat 2-3 syringes of the runny formula.. Now that I have changed its consistency to creamy and thick..it barely takes some 1 and half. Please assist. It's absolutely fine otherwise
I have a pigeon who has stopped eating due to injuries. I want to feed him manually using a syringe. Can I use Cerelac as a solution to feed my pigeon ? If yes, what should be the daily quantity ? The weight of my pigeon is 250 gms and age is 3 years.
My baby cockatiel is some 4-5 weeks old..it isn't feeding rightly on the formula.. It has stopped taking his regular quantity of the formula.. I feel like I've accidentally burnt its crop by feeding him on a hot formula mixture... I'm extremely worried right now.. Don't wanna cause it any pain.. Please please please assist.. Thought I'm not sure about the burning part... But whatever I've read on online forums indicate that this is exactly what had happened
Is there a good high calorie supplement, vitamin or food that I can offer my seed junkie parakeet? She scored a poor body condition, was described as thin at her exam. Currently taking Metacam for an ouchy foot.
My baby African bird’s crop is bulged. He is 48days old and i hand feed him.
What do budgies feed their newly hatched chicks?
Is there any rule for feeding pigeon? I mean is there any body weight to diet ratio that needs to be followed? My pet pigeon is 3 years and it's weigh is 250 grams. Due to injuries his medication is going on. I need to feed him orally using liquid based solutions. Based on the body weight how much grams or milliliters of pigeon food shod I give using a syringe?
Pls look at previous Question on my profile for more info.4-6 days old.Fallen nestling rescue. Gave it mango 1st: pooped instantly. Then gave it boiled and mashed rice and yolk; it was fine but then poop turned yellow. Vet told us to give it dextrose solution for a day then mix it with Nestle Cerelac (fruit one). Gave the mix twice. In btw gave the dextrose solution again: it peed right away. Cerelac has milk. Is it ok to give;if not is wet cat food ok? Cant get bird food here. What can we give?
How do I know if my bird is eating enough
I have a malnourished 8 week old kitten. He is to week to eat food so I am having to basically force feed him formula every 2 hours. How much should I feed him?
