The specifications say it holds "up to 100 lbs.", so why not a 30 lbs. dog? I was interested in using this to hold plants in my windows, so how much weight will this actually support?
- This product is designed to safely hold up to 100 lbs. We do not recommend using the product over this weight limit. It is also designed with cats in mind but if your dog can access it, loves sleeping on it, and is under 100 lbs there should be no problem.

Would this work for a 30 pound dog? I have a French bulldog and he loves to lay and look out the window and would love This. I know it says each suction cup holds up to 100 Pounds but is there anyone that has experience with it holding around 30 pounds?
- We would not recommend this for a 30 pound dog. We would recommend trying our elevated pet cot as an alternative.

Interested, but curious about lowering and closing blinds at night. Do plastic screws allow you to snap the bed off? fold it up? Is it easy to leave the suction cups attached, and put the hammock up each AM?

How do you a stop your cat from climbing the window?
We have an occasional nocturnal feline visitor who sleeps on our patio to stay dry. We cannot bring this car inside, as we have a greyhound and Siamese and our apartment complex in Philadelphia, PA allows only two pets. I have an indoor cat who was once an indoor/outdoor cat. Her favorite thing in the world now is sitting in a sunny window all day. So it would feel cruel to take this from her. But so would exposing her ears to harmful UV rays. Is there a sunscreen safe enough to use on a cat's ears?
