I can only tell you that my cat loves her new heated pillow/pad. Especially with really cold weather coming, I'm glad to know that when I'm not around, she has a warm, safe space where she can sleep.

We have another heated bed already, so my two cats figured out they should sit on this within a day. They love being extra warm in the winter. It's a good size for a 10lb cat.

My one cat loves this because she already loved my heat pads but this is much safer wattage for her. Unfortunately knocking down a star because the actual bed itself sucks. It's thin and just has 2 crappy pieces of foam inside. I ended up putting it inside one of my other beds to make it more plush. By itself is terrible, but for the low watt heat pad alone I'll give it 4 stars cause kitty's in love.

I have spent unbelievable amounts of money buying my cats toys and beds that they never use. Since buying this bed for my 17 & 14 year old cats it has only ever been empty for about an hour a day. They LOVE it! So much so that they get in it together (they do not like each other much and never touch otherwise). I am going to get a 2nd one so that each can have their own. Great product!

I purchased the heated cat bed for one of my cats with a bad back. After battling to keep my other cats out of it I finally broke down and purchased three more!! My cat with the bad back gets acupuncture at the vet's office. He likes to lay in the cat bed while getting his treatments. The vet and vet techs also love the bed!

- Correct, the bed does have an internal heating pad called the K&H Pet Bed Warmer and it has a standard plug along with a 5.5" cord.
