Use only on dogs. DO NOT USE ON CATS or other animals. Do not apply to dogs weighing less than 4 lbs.Remove applicator tube from the package. Use scissors and peel down foil.Hold applicator tube in an upright position. Pull cap off tube.Turn cap around and place other end of cap back on tube.Twist cap to break seal, then remove cap from tube.The dog should be standing for easy application. Evenly apply entire contents of the tube along the top of the dog's back, from the shoulder down to the base of the tail. The number of spots depends on the size and weight of your dog (please refer to the product label). At each spot, part the hair until skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube on the skin and gently squeeze to expel a portion of the solution on the skin. Do not apply an excessive amount of solution at any one spot that could cause some of the solution to run off the side of the dog. Do not get this product in your dog's eyes, or allow your dog to ingest this product.

Does it kill/ repel tapeworm ?
I applied K9 Advantix II for small dogs (4 - 10lbs) to my toy poodle. He's oatmeal color fur. After the application, we noticed his fur on his back where the three spot applications were, turned grayish brown in a strip. What to do with the discoloration?
- Give your dog a bath no less than 24 hours after application. The stripe will go away and they'll still be protected. For the medication to be effective, they can't get wet for 24 hours application. The topical does pick up dirt and fuzz, but after you bathe them it will be gone.

I am looking something against the mosquitoes, we live in a hot, humid place and my dog is old, he doesn´t move a lot so the mosquitoes are a nightmare! This product works well for this problem??
- yes me and my 2 pups we go hiking alot in the woods the mosquitos will float around the pups ive been using this flea meds for 10 years never had a problem with fleas ticks and mosquitos i always wash the pups wait till next day and apply k9 advantix 2
