Wish I had read other reviews. I bought this product to play fetch inside with our dog. In about 5 minutes of tossing and retrieving there were multiple tears and teeth holes. I had to stop playing when pieces started to break off in her mouth. This damage was simply from the dog chasing and picking it up, and chomping as she ran back to me, and light playful tugging. The dog was not left to chew on the toy, and in total it lasted maybe ten minutes. Our dog has never had a toy fall apart like this. Absolutely terrible quality and a waste of money. Unacceptable for an item listed as “durable”. Steer clear of this product unless you have a toothless dog…

I’d love this little ball and my Chiweenie seems to love it to the only problem I found is the loose part that came inside the ball was very easy to remove, which could’ve been a choking hazard for my little dog. That was the only concern and the reason for four stars. But I love that it’s easy to get the ball out of her mouth as she likes to play tug-of-war, the holes really help with that. And the ball has a nice scent. I just suggest removing the inner loose piece before allowing your pup to play with it.

My puppy absolutely loves these hol-ee balls and has 2 small, one large and one medium. We also have the football shaped. He loves rolling two at a time!
We have had them for several months and are still in good shape. My puppy destroys chew toys in one day but these he really just rolls and pushes around, great exercise for him.I also love that he can carry the ball too he seems to find that a plus too. Very satisfied

What size should I buy for a 62 lb. Lab?
- Get either the medium or large one. It is a lot of fun and nice to play with inside the house so nothing gets damaged.

- Hi Kathleen69. I went to the Petco store and looked at the different sizes of balls. I was able to determine which size would be appropriate for my toy Papillion dog. These balls are nice and soft for play. Hope this helps. Cindy

Are they dishwasher safe?
- I put mine in the dishwasher all the time on the top rack! We stuff the large one with pretzel shaped bully sticks, so it gets slobbered on and gross quickly. About once a week I pop it in the dishwasher and haven't had an issue yet.
