Questions
My dog won't eat this after 10 days of transitioning him to this food. Does Petco honor the company's 100% satisfaction guarantee.
After MONTHS of waiting, I FINALLY got a shipment of this food. Thank goodness, because my dog has been sick. However, why has the price of the food gone up by 50%?!? That is a HUGE increase in price. This is absurd! WHY?
- Smaller companies are having trouble getting supplies also shipping prices have been raised on them. I know of two companies that have already gone out of business or has discontinued canned food because of all that’s going on. I have two large dogs on this food, they do very well on it even though it’s really !expensive. But at least it’s real food and not a lot of garbage like some pet foods

haven't been able to get the hepatic formula for months now, vet ready and willing to give prescription, but every time I try to order it's out of stock. Any idea when I can actually order this product, or pick it up at Petco?
- I’m not sure where you’re located but I had to travel to Austin from San Antonio. They can ship it from Austin but only in large quantities.
