Good digestion to watery

This remedy has helped my dog's digestion. And she likes it and eats it up. My only problem is once thawed the food has too much water. What I do to remedy this is I break it up and put it into a container and then prop up one side of the container. I have to take a paper towel and then press and absorb all the excess water. It usually takes me two to three complete fillings of the paper towel to remove the majority of excess water. Then I have to carefully break up the pieces so that it is even. A little drier remedy would be better.

Food has weird texture

My dog eats the food, but it is a bit harder because it is crumbly and she coughs a few times while eating it. I worry that she will inhale some.

We are currently on Autoship delivery for this Balanced Remedy and Joint skin support formula. Unfortunately, she is no longer liking either of these ?. . . . Also in our first shipment you had sent two free bonus packs of Just Fresh Pork with Oats, brown rice, kale and carrots. So far she seems to find this more appealing. But I won't be reordering the Balance Remedy and Joint skin support recipes.

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes, pancreatitis and chronic kidney disease stage 1. We almost lost her. The prescription food smells bad and must taste bad. Due have three conditions her food is limited. The vet recommended this as a non prescription food. My dog loves it and she is a very picky eater.

Questions

1 - 1 of 1 Questions

2 dogs eat grass, 1 scratches & is on apoquel & needs to lose 10lbs, the other bites/licks feet. Need info about food that is best to discuss with my vet who works very well with me & the pets. Concerned about hi protein for older, small dog or any dog.

  1. Just Food for Dogs Balanced Remedy has been the best thing i have ever fed my dog. He had been over weight and his stomach is very sensitive to most dog food that I have ever given him.  He is a senior dog and doing awesome on this food.  His skin and coat look amazing.  Super high quality.  We will never switch.  They have several different Veterinary formulas to choose from depending on your dogs needs.
