It took our dog a day or two but she decided she likes them. Our only concern is that with her kidney and pancreas issues, there's no listing for how much phosphorus is included, and since cinnamon has phosphorus, we limit these to one per day.

Cami loves the pumpkin treats. They are too big for her, as she is a 5 pound Chihuahua and she has some teeth missing. She’s only eight years old, but typical Chihuahua teeth. Anyway, I break it up into smaller pieces and then put the pieces between two spoons to grind it up a little bit better for her. These treats also provide fiber needed for a very nice poo poos. . It’s a great alternative for people who have dogs that have liver disease and need low protein, low fat diet.

Asks for them at night before bed. I feel good about giving them to him because they’re lower in sugar than a lot of other treats. And the pumpkin and cinnamon are good for him

My dog enjoys these treats as the only ones that a dog with kidney disease can have.

I was expecting this product to be 100% pumpkin. Instead of contained grains which my dog cannot tolerate. I gave the full package away once I read the ingredients.
