My dog loves this flavor but it doesn't look like the picture on the box and often is a lot of mush a brick of squished noodles which leaves me wondering where the turkey is in the mix which I want my dog to get more of than the noodle.

I have used this product for 3 years for my Australian Shepard and French Bull dog. I feel it offers more balanced nutrition I offer 3/4 Just Food For Dogs with 1/3 high quality US made kibble. I want to know where the food comes from and have a consistant product. I do not trust some other brands. My dogs maintain excellent health & beautiful coats

My picky kids are loving this. They will eat it right up. Thank goodness cuz we’ve been searching forever. I wish it was a little cheaper because one of my dogs is 80# so this may get expensive. But at last they will eat without me having to mix something in.

My dog really loves this flavor as opposed to the usual chicken and rice flavor I get. However despite being the same brand of food, keep in mind switching flavors may upset your dog’s tummy like it did mine.

How long is the shelf life if the package is unopened?

If unopened, and away from extreme temperatures, it is my 3 year experience that the Tetra pacs will be fine for 6/7 months. But please read the expiration dates on package. If package expands from the heat of commercial delivery, I have been known to return a few boxes to store as a precaution but over-all I have had good a positive experience.

Are the packets frozen in the 12.5 # box ?

No, the food is fresh in the box. You cut it open and scoop it out. You can refrigerate anything left in the box for up to a few days.
