Questions
How long is the shelf life if the package is unopened?
- If unopened, and away from extreme temperatures, it is my 3 year experience that the Tetra pacs will be fine for 6/7 months. But please read the expiration dates on package. If package expands from the heat of commercial delivery, I have been known to return a few boxes to store as a precaution but over-all I have had good a positive experience.

Are the packets frozen in the 12.5 # box ?
- No, the food is fresh in the box. You cut it open and scoop it out. You can refrigerate anything left in the box for up to a few days.
