Hi, I guess this is my last cry for help. I recused a domestic short hair cat about 3 years ago now. He is 9 years old, black and his name is Jupiter. Jupiter was hit by a car (long before i had him) and has a result he has no tail. Jupiter is always meowing. He will scratch every door in the house. its almost impossible to deal with and stresses everyone in the house. its like his lost? or stressed? How do i help him?
Hello. I have two cats. One likes to play with balls and chase small toys; whereas the other one only likes to play with pointers. I have read some opinions against this way to entertain the cats because they argue that it can stress the animals and generate anxiety when they don't receive rewards for their actions. I have an older yellow lab that gets bored really easily. He gets bored with kongs and is an extreme chewer so rawhides or other chewies disappear SUPER fast! He is very intelligent and I was thinking of getting him a puzzle toy that involves treats as he is EXTREMELY food motivated! Since he's so smart should I still start him on the most basic puzzle or try something harder? I don't want to waste money on toys he'll go through really fast.
