Fun but Rope quality isn’t the best

DJTX

Puppy loves the toy but the rope quickly shredded into strings. Would have expected this to last much longer for a 10 lb pup. Would like to purchase another one but hesitant since the rope didn’t last on the first one.

I bought this for my malinois as they are tough on toys and while nothing holds up forever this one lasted months of playtime! Eventually repetitive malinois chomps got it but I will happily get another one for how long it lasted and how much they enjoyed playing with it. The rope was great for tossing it or tugging with them and the ball really held up to punctures until the very end.

These same balls used to be made from a solid material and held up so well for my Cane Corso, I just ordered a new one and it is now HOLLOW

i loved this ball when i bought our first one a few years ago, but with the new ones we've noticed that the rope material has changed to a less durable rope.. i've bought 3 balls so far and i'm still putting the rope from our first ball(2 years ago) into the new balls because the new ropes are just not as good! pls bring back the old ropes!!!

Fun toy but need a replacement rope

I bought this toy several years ago and, pretty quickly, the rope came out. We got a new puppy and I came to see if I can buy a replacement rope for it but I do not see that option. (Unlike the newer product, the ball part is still solid so the pup plays with it as a ball.) I'll put my own rope in.

Questions

1 - 3 of 3 Questions

what size jolly pet romp-n-roll toy for my 65 lb dog

  1. I bought the 8” size for my daughter’s pit and she loves it and is note a big chewer but someone took it out of our yard and she was depressed till I just found one. She was so excited about this toy!  Thumbs up for the maker! Definitely a recommendation

Follow up question re liquid algae and brine shrimp

  1. Thank you for your question. We would recommend using PhytoGreen-S for feeding brine shrimp. PhytoGreen-M would work if that's the only option, but the smaller size of PG-S will make it easier for the shrimp to consume it. tah

Is this liquid phytoplankton appropriate to feed to brine shrimp?

  1. Thank you for your interest in Drs. Foster and Smith. We suggest feeding Brine Shrimp O.S.I. Artemia Food 11.5 grams, CD-909092. O.S.I. Artemia Food is a versatile growth and maintenance diet for brine shrimp. Highly nutritious and easy to use diet helps improve brine shrimp survival rate so you have more live food to offer your aquarium fish, corals or invertebrates. Great food for rearing baby brine shrimp. Feed O.S.I. Artemia Food to your live brine shrimp twice a day an amount that will keep water slightly clouded for 1-2 hours.
