I adopted a very overweight dog. I am working on weight management and she has lost some weight but I'm concerned as she gobbles her food down literally in a minute. I just bought the puzzle bowl but she can only reach one morsel at a time using her tongue as she is a big dog. This doesn't seem right either but I don't know. It definitely slowed her eating. Advice please.

The last week or so, she has turned into a grazer and only eats a bite, then comes to find us in the house, hangs out a bit, goes for another bite, comes to find us, etc. We've tried standing in the kitchen while she eats, but it doesn't seem to help. My puppy swallows her food whole, it is a smaller kibble. We were soaking it in water until a few days ago, but she swallows it whole either way.
