How much food do I feed a 3 and 1/2 month lab puppy? Her puppy Food bag (natural balance) says 2-3 cups, but at the end of the day she has a big belly

The back of my pet food says the weight in grams per cup of food. I notice when I weigh the food for 1/3 cup it only fills the measuring cup about 3/4 full. Is this normal? also do you know if pet food companies measure the calories per cup based on weighed grams of food or just by standard 8 oz. measuring cups? Thanks!
I feed them in separate bowls on each side of the fireplace. They are grazers eat some leave etc. I put morning portion in their bowl and then later if empty evenings. I’d like to them to eat all their dry food in two meals and finish in a timely manner. How to train them to do this without making them get too skinny? And how many cups should I feed them? Hello I'm Candace I have 2 Yorkies they both have pancreatitis. I usually feed them moistened diamond puppy and boiled or canned chicken. A lady at Petco suggested I mixed in some grain free fresh pet food mixture and alternate with freeze dried Stella &Chewy's meal mixture (which is moistened with warm water). She said grain free bcuz they often have diarrhea or soft/mucas poop or my male dog has trouble pooping. I did this for 2 days. They love it but have had some soft poop. Is this normal?

Kitty has Been living with us for about a month. We bought new food for her and after eating it she threw up yesterday. And then again today.
Yesterday I fed my dog food that she already ate in the past. After a couple of minutes she threw up and she ate it . Recently she has not been to the toilet properly, sometimes she is constipated, and rarely she eats normally. She doesn't eat much I try to feed her but she isn't eating.
