Dogs on canned food with dry food. Want them on dry food only. Very picky dogs. Thinking for their transition blending freeze dried bully mini cubes to make a yummy powder on top. Hi can I use a freeze dried raw dinner morsel as a topper on Tony’s kidney food? It seemed to really help him enjoy his kidney food today , like never before. He is in early stages, and kidney food has been a struggle even on an appetite stimulant. The crude protein on the bag says 45.0%. Is that too high for a cat with early kidney,? thx!!
My dog is not eating his regular food (kibble) I was feeding him Instinct Raw Boost Chicken flavor and he ate that fine most of the time. I switched about 2 weeks ago to Instinct Original Chicken Flavor ( no raw boost). As far as I know the only difference between the 2 is that the Original does not have bits of freeze dried raw in it. He has hardly eaten anything for 2 days. I don’t think it’s a medical issue because he will eat treats fine. Please help
My cat has been on nature variety pride flaked tuna cat food cans for a while and he loves it. Recently I have been treating him with a little orijen chicken formula kibbles here and there then yesterday and today he has been having diaherra, I am guess it is the orijen? He has no other symptom but that, would total-botic probotic for cats given daily help his diaherra? Would pumpkin too? As dental treats I give him virbac treats but I am switching to plaque off hard dental treats.
Hello, My male cat has been on salomn instinct nature variety wet food cans for a few months and oddly just recently started having diaherra, I started giving him small portions of shredded boiled chicken and white rice for about two days, he is urinating, has no diaherra but now has no bowel movement at all. I gave him some benefiber but how much should I give him to help his bm and when do I start adding his old food back into his feeding? Also I usually add a pumpkin fiber supplement

Hi just curious if you know of any treats or food toppers that would be ok for a cat with kidney disease (early kidney but already on a kidney diet). I happened upon a raw freeze dried treat that I used as a topper on the kidney diet and tony loved it but I know it’s probably too high in protein. Thx!
My male cat is almost 14. I know he is starting kidney problems due to the extra water he drinks at this point. and a bit thinner. lots of energy still. I read they need at least 50% protein, I give him wet and dry which i know is not good, but lots of wet and freeze dried chicken too, vit with dig enzymes.
