My cat started throwing up a lot before I found this food. She doesn't like many things but this passes the test. Please don't change it. Lifetime customer.

The only food that's worked!

Mom of Bandaid

My cat Bandaid is 3 and has had digestive issues for his whole life. First we eliminated poultry, then grain. When his GI issues came back and it was time to eliminate fish, I didn't know what we would do. Then I found Instinct Limited Ingredient Rabbit. We're 11 days in and he has never been healthier. The added bonus that I didn't expect is that some of his behavioral issues are also getting better too. Please keep making this food, it's changed my little guy's life!

Perfect for cats with food allergies!

Cats

I have two cats with food allergies (babies from a feral colony) and it took us a few years to figure out their allergies. They can't have gluten, soy, chicken, fish, chicken-meal, fish-meal, or most fillers. They love both the Turkey & Rabbit kibble! I just wish it were possible to find it locally.

Necessary for allergies

Delena wants no sales off

The limited ingredient rabbit and the limited ingredient salmon are the only cat food my cat isn't allergic to. This food helped my cat as he went in diabetic remission. 4 yrs diabetic and now and 2 yrs in remission. He's going on 16yrs old. This is a good way of keeping your cat lean but muscly as well. My other cat also eats these and he's 18lbs of muscle. No digestive issues or skin problems.

My cat and I have been struggling with over grooming for about a year now, and we’ve changed his food many times as we suspect it was an allergy and it wasn’t until I put him on this and the limited ingredient rabbit wet food (cause he’s a spoiled brat and refused to eat kibble if there’s no wet food) that he finally stopped. Thankful for this food as through this we’ve concluded he has an allergy to fish and chicken as all other foods that even just contained either caused him issues. Def will continue with this food

We’ve been using this food option for about a year with our very sensitive tummied cat. It’s the only food that doesn’t make her sick. We really hope it comes back in stock soon!

Does freeze drying the raw food take away the concerns with handling/feeding raw food in terms of the potential bacteria and shedding of bacteria?

  1. Hello! No, freeze-drying does not destroy pathogens. For any frozen/freeze-dried raw, we do a process called HPP (high pressure processing) to destroy bacteria and make it safe. :)
