Every customer has 30 days to fully return/refund the product. After 30 days, they are entitled to a 1 year Manufacturer's warranty. This 1 year warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling by the customer. We cannot offer a replacement on your unit as we can also consider that there's a mishandling of the product. Warranty will take effect upon the date which the product was received for a period of 1 year. A proof of purchase in the form of a receipt from Instachew or its retailers must be shown to be eligible for the warranty.
