This is a really fun decoration, it gives tons of potential for an old west themed tank. The quality is very high, the paint and seal is followed into the entire ornament. There are no sharp edges making this very safe for your fish or even reptile to explore. My younger danios enjoy swimming through it and the snails love to hide out inside it. I plan to purchase another one for my beetles, and am considering even a third for a hide for some hatchling snakes! The possibilities for the boot are endless!

Very fragile decoration. It shattered into a bunch of pieces at first little drop. There’s not much to this little boot. It’s literally just a decoration. Nothing that will stand out. It’s brown in color and too small for a fish to swim in or through.

The boot is small so I recommend it to people with smaller fish meaning the little holes in it are tiny and my hurt your bigger fishes if they try using it. Other than that it’s adorable and a great accessory for the aquarium we love it and so do the tiny fishes

This is absolutely perfect for my fish's western theme. It's pretty big and I put some of the gravel in it to keep it upright, but it would also look good lying flat or leaning on something. I really like that it is a realistic color and not a neon color which can be hard to find. I think it looks great!!

The Imagitaruim western boot is very cute I used this in my beta tank. The boot is nice but the holes are small, I haven’t seen my fish swim through yet, but will update if he does. I like that you can use it standing up or laying down.

The Imagitarium Western Boot is definitely nicely sized from what I was imagining it to be. It’s about the hight of a 12 oz soda can. If you are wanting to use this for an actual swim through though, it is only for smaller fish such as small tetras and even guppies. If you’re thinking of using it as a swim through for cichlids like I was thinking to use it for, it does not work. It’s a nice anesthetic though for the tank and seems to be holding up quite well from the time I’ve had it in the tank. This review is for a fresh water aquarium, and not a salt water aquarium, so I do not know how it would hold up in a salt water aquarium.

While the cowboy boot fit well in our fish tank, the holes in the boot are quite small. Unfortunately, our Beta fish has grown too big to swim through them and hasn't ventured into the boot itself, which is a bummer.

The Imagitarium Western Boot with Swim Thru is a great addition to any aquarium. I paired it with the Imagitarium Terracotta Cactus and the Imagitarium Desert Rainbow to bring a western vibe to my tank. The openings are very small so be careful with larger fish. Looks realistic, and the cory catfish like to hang out in it.
