I've seen a few people ask about whether these can be submerged and the response is that they are not for aquarium use. The description says "Made from non-toxic, pet-safe resin and colors" -- so is it non-toxic and pet-safe or isn't it?
- Hi CentaurOfAttn, Since it’s intended for use in a terrarium, there was no testing done to confirm product quality when in freshwater and saltwater, as we do for aquarium décor. It is not recommended for aquarium use because of this. What is the safest way to treat Driftwood and large rocks for safe use in aquarium if I find something I really like in the outside world if possible
Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. I have a 5 gallon tank with a submerged Built-in filtration system how many cubes do I use and how do I put them in my filter? Please provide the instructions thank you for your time.
Why does my water turn green after 2-3 weeks? No live plants and 1 artificial log in the tank!
Currently I am using calcium sand. It doesn’t seem to be effecting Ash at all. Should I continue to use the sand or get something else such as eco earth?

Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant.
