Do not use for reptiles!

I haven't purchased this item but I've done my research on good substrates to use for leopard geckos specifically. Calcium sand can cause calcium intoxication from your pet eating it too much, and it can cause impaction. Impaction is when the sand builds up in your pet's stomach and gut and eventually kills them. Often times, once they start showing signs of it, its already too late for them. This goes for any type of sand substrate, including non-calcium sand types. Please educate yourselves on what kind of substrates are safe for your pets before you make purchases!

No, I do not recommend this product.
