I recently just got a new aquarium tank to set up from my in laws and didn’t know where to start so this product was helpful in assisting me. No strong odors from this and appears to be helping in keeping the aquarium clean so far. No issues on my end and I will keep using this product as needed. Glad to have this product to be able to assist a first timer like myself.

Not a fan
I got a bottle of Imagitarium Planted and Shrimp Biological Startup to try out on my planted shrimp tank. I used it to do a water change on my 12 year old cherry shrimp tank. Afterwards (after 24 hours) I noticed some of my shrimp died, but the plants still look good. When I do my water changes with my stability my shrimp are alway ok, so I'm going to stick to Seachem Stability and Seachem products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great for Tank Set Up
We used this product to set up a new tank for our basement. This product worked as it was supposed to, and aided in the process of setting up our tank efficiently. We would purchase this product again.

Aids in live plant growth
I used this both during a new aquarium set up as well as druing a water change. My plants do seem to be growing as usual. I have however also had more algae than usual with this being the only new factor to my aquarium maintenance.

is this conditioner supposed to be clear or yellow. My friends is clear. Mine is yellow. They are both rather new.
- Hi Baccii, Good day! Both the clear and yellow-colored products are within their acceptable tolerance for appearance and are also confirmed acceptable by other testing parameters. Color variances are due to the natural raw materials used and microbial activity during production. Both products should perform the same. Thanks
