I bought this a few months ago, and it was a nice decor to my fish tank, my fish loved it. But sadly he got stuck and died. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had in tank less than a month - paint (especially red areas) wipes away with just a touch. Same with all 3 mushroom decor pieces I bought. Will never buy decor from Petco again - never had this problem with my decor from Petsmart.

Less than 30 days had to take it out of my kids tank. Red paint everywhere.

Had this for only 2 weeks and already the paint in multiple areas is flaking off into tiny pieces in my tank. It has had no rubbing, scrubbing, or anything else that would cause this. It’s cheaply painted and dangerous to have because of it. Stay away

I do not recommend this product! Beware of small crevices within the mushroom, our Beta fish swam up and got stuck and died. We cracked the mushroom to try to get it out but it was too late, it got cut up trying to get out.

Bought this because it looked cool but after 2 weeks I went to clean the tank. Well when I picked it up I noticed the red paint was starting to peel off and then I could see the flecks in the tank!! I highly recommend NOT buying this!

My fish got stuck in the house. Her fins got extremely ripped up. She almost died I was lucky to be able to save her in time. The inside of the house is super sharp with small spaces and things breaking off.

Very cute when you first buy it, but it quickly bubbles and peels in the aquarium. Mine didn’t last longer than a month and I had to throw it away because it was shedding paint chips in the water. This is the picture of what my decor looks like on day one. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of the decor before I tossed it in the garbage and Petco won’t let you post a review unless you have a picture, so here is my “before” picture.
