I used this to carry a Tortoise and it did the job but the top doesn’t necessarily stay on well and whole bottom fell out with my Tortoise in it. Suggest holding the bottom at all times when pet is inside and you are carrying.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought this as a cage for my praying mantis, she loves it! Plastic scratches easily, but it works great for a mantis cage! Very happy with this purchase.

Bought one to take my leopard gecko to the vet. Would not snap when I would close it. I thought I did it wrong at first, but after multiple attempts it wasn’t working. It’s not safe at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Can this be used as a permanent isopod home

  1. Yes, but keep an eye on moisture levels. Will dry out quickly.

I know that this is a temporary home but could I use this as a perm. home for a beetle?

  1. I would personally like to know what species the beetle is before confidently recommending anything 100%. I can give my opinion, however it is just my opinion and I would strongly suggest doing further research before making any final decisions. So, again, my opinion: For example, some beetles fly quite a bit. The hard surface of this enclosure has the potential to cause some serious injuries. Especially if the beetle were to fly into the plastic too hard. I'd consider an open air habitat made of mesh, or something similar. That way your little guy has plenty of room to fly around without hitting any hard surfaces. Just be sure to check that his toes and such don't get stuck in any of the mesh. The smaller the holes in the mesh, the better. You can also always check on facebook groups, and reddit. They have tons of sub reddits with users that can give you excellent advice on specific species and how best to care for them. Hope this helps!

Will this hold about 15 6mm dubia roaches?

  1. Yes

What size will a baby pacman frog fit in (for a tote)

  1. Hi Hellofriend53, SKU 2388969 can be used for temporary pet carrier for a baby Pacman frog. Thanks,

What size and brand of water bottle fits snugly in the circle hole on top?

  1. Hi ZNoeielsen, Based on a 6.8cm circumference, we do not have an exact fit for this item. The below bottle is closest in circumference, but can not be guaranteed to fit the need of this temporary holding carrier. 2493267 You & Me Water Bottle, Small Circumference: 6.98 Thanks,

How big and wide this product

  1. Hi Roy Brand, It is H 8" X L 11.17" X W 7.7" Thanks,

Can I use this to house a brown anole for about 4 days?

  1. Online says they range from 5-18 inches. I’m not sure how big your anole is, but the carrier is 11 inches in length. So if it’s a baby (5in), it might work for a few days, but if it’s much bigger than a baby I wouldnt recommend it.

Can 1 snail live here?, and can it hold moisture?

  1. Also, you could fill it up with water, but there are holes throughout the lids for air, so I'm not sure if that answers your question regarding holding moisture.

I was thinking this would work for my daughter to keep some extra crickets in for her bearded dragon food(:

  1. Yes, that's exactly what I use it for, but you must put something like a roll from the toilet paper, paper towels, etc. or crumpled newspaper or an egg crate for the crickets to hide in or they'll kill each other over time. Also, don't forget to feed/gutload the crickets or they'll obviously die of starvation

Can a white tree frog live in this?

  1. Hi alyia8, This product is intended for temporary housing and transportation, and generally should not be used as a permanent habitat. Thanks,
