Ours is apparently defective as it does not hold water. Water leaks very quickly out of the dish. Within about 10-15 minutes of filling, all the water has seeped through the bowl into the substrate. No apparent cracks or holes. The water simply seeps through the bowl. Will choose a different bowl for replacement. On a positive note it does seem well designed with the entry/exit step and it is great size and depth for small animals as it is shallow enough to insure they are not trapped and drowned.

This is the perfect size for a hermit crab or even tarantula to have in their enclosure. The material is sturdy and just deep enough for the amount of water to clean or drink from. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again

This is a nice sized dish. My leopard gecko can go in there and chill. It's low enough that he doesn't need to use the little stepping stone area but it's also nice that they are included for easy access to the dish. It's also very sturdy and no sharp edges. I also really like the smooth bottom it's very easy to clean because it's not textured.

This was MUCH larger than we were expecting based off of the picture online. It looked very similar to the one we already had so were assuming it was the same size and that was a mistake. We loved that it has a little step up for our anole to climb up but unfortunately is just too large for us to use in his enclosure. Otherwise, the quality seems great!

This is a cute little bowl that adds a nice touch to the terrarium. It is the perfect size to put the heaping teaspoon of pumpkin with the powdered vitamins on top for my Russian Tortoise. Easy access for her to eat. It is shallow and has a couple of rock formations on the front of it. The bowl’s color is nice with some black and orange-ish squiggles to give it a pop of color. The dish washes nice. It has a nice feel to it. I cannot think of any dislikes.

I used this for my turtle. It's a great size for a small turtle to give some fresh veggies. It's a nice design and blends in with the environment. It's pretty heavy, so it would also be great for something smaller like a lizard since they won't be able to move it around. It's wide and shallow, the perfect height for my shy turtle to stick his head in for a bite of vegetables, but also doesn't easily spill.

This is a versatile terrarium dish. The material blends nicely with a variety of settings (ours is mulch, coir and moss with plant and rock accents). We use it primarily for our tortoise’s moistened food to prevent the coir and mulch from sticking to it when our little Sunny isn’t foraging. She’s a climber, so we have to be careful of what we put in her terrarium, and this dish is low enough for her to not tip (herself or the dish). We’ll either bury it so the top is level with the bedding or set it on top to give her a little challenge (though the climbs right in excited for her favorite meals). Although we have used it as a water dish, it does not hold water for long in our settinf—either from evaporation or absorption. So it works great as a feeding dish for our tortoise and she knows when she sees it being lowered into her home that she’s about to get some yummy munchies!

The water feature is crafted really well. It fits perfectly in the container. It appears to be highly durable. I am creating a space for my bearded dragon. I know she will love this feature because it blends in well with everything else.
