Rinse prior to placing into your aquarium Some pieces may take up to 48 hours to sink. Pre-soaking in a separate container is reccomended to achieve sinking, but not required. When pre-soaking, replace the water every 12 hours until you are ready to place items into aquarium.

These Catappa leaves are perfect for betta or shrimp tanks. Gives the tanks ecosystem essential nutrients as well as provides tannins in the water. The tannins are great for slime coats and healing for the critters in the tank.

Great product. Leaves and bark are good sized. They all sank immediately which was a bonus. My plecos enjoy the wood, my shrimps enjoy the leaves. All of my aquatic family members are enjoying the added benefits from the tannins. I didn't notice my tanks getting overly "tea like" with these vs when you add driftwood sometimes it can look awfully murky. Will be using these again as they break down!

These realistic leaves are a large size, as big as the palm of my hand. The sticks are a little small. I placed them in my ball pythons tank as to give it a realistic outdoor feel. They are sturdy and nice which my ball python will be able to scrape against when shedding.

These are nice sized leaves, a bit bigger than my hand. The package came with i think 6 leaves. The leaves were all in one piece but some looked better than others. Some of the leaves were covered in little spots that look like they might have been some sort of plant disease.

No, I do not recommend this product.
