Our betta loves this. We see him swim in and out and up through the “skylight”… and he likes resting in the window frame a lot. We sanded down some of the rough/sharper corners and rinsed it well before we put it in the tank.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I love it and so do my betta and shrimps. Only issue was that there are a ton of sharp edges that need to be filed. But besides that it is a great product!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I purchased this for my mother in law and we read the dimensions, we received it today and it's literally a tiny little thing. I'm super upset we paid this much for a tiny little castle.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Will this fit in a fluval spec 5 gallon?

  1. Hi beta hopeful, This will not. Please see dimensions below. Length 7.5 IN Height 8 IN Width 6 IN Thanks,

I'm getting my mother s pair of paradise fish 5 black skirt tetras 2 cory catfish and 1 single male austrolebias charrua fish. My question is would the male paradise fish keep the austrolebias charrua in check if it gets out of line.

  1. Hi Xmegatron10 There is no guarantee with any species disposition, but we would be more concerned about the paradise fish as they are a predatory species and do prefer to be solitary. However, they can settle into a community system if they are one of the last species added. If the Paradise fish are already in the tank I would be concerned about adding the Charrua. Thanks,

what are the dimensions?

  1. Hi el7c, The décor item is 7.25” wide 6” deep and 8” tall. Thanks,
