Is this strong and over powering or is it pretty gentle
- The stone is in a plastic tube not directly with the rest of the tank. Its not strong and overpowering because its in the tube. The water level in tank has to be above the plastic column to bubble and keep lid on when running the air stone. Its a nice effect in the tank. My fish will go to top to check out the bubbles when turning it on.

Do I need airline tubing or a pump, or can I just plop it in and it will bubble?
- You need air line and a bubble pump place the air line form the bubble Pump to the bubbler Then place in water and turn on

I have recently got 2 gold fish(Saturday) night ish and got a medium size tank with no pump but told that dosnt matter at first the fish would swim little and stay near the stones/ground the next day the water went green the swam around abit more but kept going to the top of the tank and looked like gulping I was so worried so I thought I’d google it just carnt find much so I thought I’d leave it another day see if anything has changed and went to look at them this morn there was bubbles at top

When I change the water in my fish tank, after I add the appropriate amount of conditioner, a white fuzz seems to appear on all the objects in my tank, aside from the fish. I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina
My betta fish is still recovering from a bacterial infection, bur now he's started to make his bubble nest. I know that this is normal, but day by day, his bubbles increase to cover the surface of the water. The rare of bubbles seems a little erratic, some daysbit reduces, and then others increases spontaneously. Should I be concerned that there is something else going on with him? His water is clear and his responses are normal. He is eating properly.
