Questions
My bubblebar is brand new. The lights work fine but bubbles only come out of the last 1 inch of the wand - and they gush out. Why aren't the bubbles evenly distributed along the bar?
Second question: is the wire supposed to be in the water? If I put the bar as it shows on the cover of the box, because that's the only picture that I have to go off of, then the wire is definitely in the water.

Hello. When installing this item, the instructions say to connect the bar to my air pump with the airline tubing. How? Lol. The rubber hole on the other end of the tube doesn't connect to anything on my air pump.
What air pumps are recommended to pair with this item?

i have a question, we recently got glofish as a gift to my mother. I bought the water conditioner, food, plants and a volcano to decorate the tank, its a 5 gallon tank so they would have alot of room to swim. But all 5 fish, just stay at the bottom of the tank, occasional moving, not to full out swimming. the swim a bit for a few seconds and hide again under the plants or filter pump, in the back of the tank. I want to know is that normal?

We are new to having aquariums, we really didn't realize so many things played a factor with the water. We currently have a 10 gallon tank but want to increase to a 29 gallon tank. We currently buy gallons of water but with the 29 gallon tank we really don't want to have to do that. We have well water with a salt filter. My levels from to tap was nitrate 10, nitrite 0, hardness 0, chlorine 0, alk 100, ph 7.. is my tap water safe even with the salt filter.
