What kind of plants do you recommend for the American bullfrog
I have a decoration in my tank with my goldfish I am starting to get worried about the fishes health since I started to notice a brown substance taking over the leaves of the fake tree decoration. I have tried washing it off but It won’t come off. Should I get rid of the decoration or should I let it be.
my bearded dragon is only a few months old and she’s doing really good! but! i was cleaning her tank and it looked like there was green stuff in her poop and the only thing it really could be is her fake green plant or the fake flowers i have in there with her i’m taking them all out as soon as possible but her green plant is what she sleeps inand also i’m scared there is still left over fake plant in her system so is there anything i can do for her? first of all, thanks for your advice with my african dwarf frogs! after the aquarium salt bath they are doing great and even look more vibrant now! i was wanting to know what substrate would be best in the tank. would sand be okay or would they eat that like the gravel? i have a heavily planted aquarium and need something to keep the plants in place but i dont want my frogs to eat it and have something happen to them. i find conflicting information when i research it online. thanks!
Why does my water turn green after 2-3 weeks? No live plants and 1 artificial log in the tank!
I had put an aquatic plant in my fish tank because I was told he would like it and eat it, but now he has black marks all over his body. I searched and found that it is chemical burns from ammonia due to the plant. How can I help get rid of the marks on him??
My new fish tank is being occupied by some white cotton web like thing at the bottom.. the are found on the natural plants and food remainings in the tank.. please help .. how to get rid of it? I tried changing the water 3 times..
So I've been thinking about getting an axolotl, but I'm a bit confused as I've never had any type of aquarium. My question is: I've been told to get an Aquaclear 50 HBO filter (plus a sponge one for extra bio media), and to slow the flow by placing plants and things under it. But this specific model's slowest flow is 250 l/h, which might be too little for a 90l tank. But if I set it up to 370 or so (which I find would be the best), the flow might be too strong for the axie! Any solutions? <3
